Special Requirement: •BA in Business Administration or suitable Engineering discipline is preferred. •Minimum 5-7 years experiences in Contract formulation and Administration in a Petrochemical Plant or Refinery •Must have excellent analytical skills and demonstrate good business decision-making skills. • Proficient with computer applications to include the MS office suite. • Familiar with Purchasing/Contracts modules in ERP systems (SAP System preferable). • Proficient in English and Arabic communication (both written and oral). •Candidate must be a self-motivated individual since he will be working with a highly professional team that requires minimal direct supervision.

Brief Job Description: •Formulates, negotiates, establishes, administers and integrates low or high-value contractual arrangements and procurement proposals for a range of products and/or services for the Company. •Provides independent liaison and coordination with contracting principals to ensure compliance with contract specifications and resolution of problems and issues as they arise, arbitrates claims or complaints occurring in performance of contracts. •Evaluates and monitors contractor performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations. •Analyzes, approves or rejects internal and/or contractor requests for deviations from contract specifications and delivery schedules. •Analyzes price proposals, financial reports, and other required data to determine reasonableness of prices reviews and interprets contract provisions to achieve cost efficiencies and reductions where feasible. •Participates in the formulation, development, implementation, and revision of contracting policies, procedures, and strategies.
